Sure it may seem excessive; and yes, that policy was difficult and expensive to get, but we believe our clients should have complete peace of mind when we are working in their home.

My apartment building management asking for approval?

No worry, we are COOP and Condo approved. Management office love to work with us because we are $6 million insured, we know exactly what are needed to get your work approved before we begin the work. First step is to ask your management office for an “Alteration Agreement”, once you obtain the agreement email us a copy and we will take care of everything else from that point forward.

Who will take care of securing permits?

Our in-house architect will obtain DOB permits including final inspection and sign off. Remodel Magic Offer true one stop shop from architectural drawing and interior design rendering to managing and execution of any Coop/Condo remodeling project, a true concierge design and build company.

Who will manage my project? Will they be available to answer questions or be on the site regularly?

Our Project Manager will closely monitor and will make sure that every project we work on is appropriately managed. The Project Manager is a Remodel Magic employee who is responsible for every phase of your remodeling project once the Remodelling Consultant has completed the design, layout, and has ordered your materials. Our Project Managers personally know and meet with all the trades’ people who will be working in your home. He or she manages and regularly inspects all work done by our trades’ people during construction. The Project Manager is available to you by phone, text messages, and email at all times.
